The role of a Health Coach is not to prescribe or assess specific meal plans; provide healthcare, medical, or nutrition therapy services; or diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who’s been trained in health coaching and behavioral change to help you reach your own health goals by helping you devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.
No. This is structured health and wellness coaching focused on behavior change and lifestyle optimization. Our work together centers where you want to go in the future (and how to get there) rather than digging around in your past.
Group coaching is a great entry point for those who need support but aren't yet ready to dive deep. It's more affordable and the dynamic offers accountability through a supportive community of women with similar goals and challenges.
Expect 60–90 minutes of implementation outside our live session. This is designed to integrate into your existing life — not overwhelm it.
All sessions are recorded. Accountability remains active.
